PEL Plus integrated management and leadership curriculum

PEL Plus is for anyone interested in innovating medical practices or pursuing ventures both inside or outside of clinical medicine. PEL Plus brings together experts across the Jefferson enterprise in medicine, design, business, engineering, and population health to teach interactive sessions to medical students. As a project-based curriculum, students will be placed into teams and work on a project sponsored by a Jefferson mentor, culminating in a final presentation session in February.

9 sessions over 4 months on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
Quickly gain credit that goes toward completion of the PEL curriculum
Does not coincide with MS1 or MS2 assessment weeks and finishes before dedicated Step 1 studying
No assessments
Connect with experts in diverse fields, from medicine to business to design and like-minded peers
Projects can serve as a launching point for research or JeffMD Scholarly Inquiry
